Job Description

🚀 What You’ll Build & Do:

• Lead analysis on promo tools performance, player engagement, drop timing, and volatility impact.

• Model player behavior to simulate and predict responses to different reward structures.

• Design smart bonus distribution engines based on segmentation, in-game activity, and projected uplift.

• Run continuous experimentation (A/B, MVT) to measure feature effectiveness and optimize rules.

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and Spin Lab to translate insights into tangible product improvements.

• Contribute to the creation of recommendation systems for promo targeting (Free Spins, Cash Blast, etc.)

🧠 What We’re Looking For:

• Solid foundation in statistics, probability, and behavior modeling (math or quantitative education preferred).

• 4+ years of experience in data science or product-facing analytics roles (preferably in gaming or B2C tech).

• Fluent in SQL and familiar with large-scale data architectures (e.g., ClickHouse, Kafka, Snowflake).

• Proficient with Python or R for modeling, simulation, and prototyping.

• Experience creating automated, data-driven systems (not just dashboards).
