We partner with our LA headquarters on game development for League of Legends and Teamfight Tactics. We’re also building teams for VALORANT and 2XKO, our take on a fighting game. As a Senior Quality Engineer on League of Legends - Cosmetics, you will work with your team of art managers, engineers, producers and project managers to create value for Players around the world. You will be guided by Riot's Test Policy to ensure the execution of quality activities at every stage of the software development life cycle. Additionally, you will partner with your team to arrive at more efficient solutions to the quality approach to our art pipelines. You will also be tasked to work with other QA professionals, often remotely to get your work completed.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 3 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, including leading testing efforts within a team.
• Experience owning and improving QA processes and test strategies, with clear examples of increased efficiency, scalability, or effectiveness.
• Experience participating in quality and risk discussions from early discovery and ideation through release and live support.
• Hands-on experience owning test planning and execution within a product team, in close collaboration with developers, designers, and content creators.
• Experience working on live service products that ship frequently and evolve continuously.
• Strong experience with defect tracking, prioritization, and reporting.
• Experience building clear reports on test coverage, risks, and defect trends to support decision making.

Desired Qualifications:

• Familiarity and Passion for League of Legends.
• Experience coordinating or leading outsourced or external testing partners.
• Development or testing experience on PC platforms.
• Experience testing live games-as-a-service
• Preferred Licenses/certifications:
• ISTQB Foundation Level
• ISTQB Agile Tester or ICAgile Agile Testing (ICP-TST)
• ISTQB Expert Level
• ISTQB Advanced Test Manager
• ICAgile Test Expert (ICE-AT)

Note: This role is based in Singapore and requires on-site presence; remote work is not supported. Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates.
