Work Location: Remote (must be able to work EST hours)

Work Hours: M - F, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm EST

Pay Rate: $27 - $30/hr DOE

Job Description: 

This non-traditional Senior Research Associate role working with an exciting AI start-up based in San Francisco.  This role includes providing oversight to a team, ensuring daily tasks are clear and being completed, creating work plans for the team, attending meetings tying to scope of work, and managing team projects (daily deliverables, and provide oversight to the team of research associates on daily deliverables). 

Responsibilities: 

• Lead team members 
• Contributing to the management of scheduling of team members 
• Contributing to the managing Scope of Work, and Prioritizing of workload for Team 
• Identifying and setting targets for the team (KPIs) for owned projects 
• Monitoring KPIs for owned projects 
• Attending Daily stand-ups with Client 
• Implementing Process Improvements 
• Trouble-shooting and answering questions for the team 
• Completion of Daily and Weekly Reports 
• Ensuring team stays on track for daily deliverables 
• Ability to learn new tasks quickly

Requirements

• 2 years’ experience with leading teams  
• Technical aptitude or experience working with AI 
• 1-year experience managing KPIs 
• Strong Analytical Skills  
• Comfortable launching and iterating quickly and using data  
• Comfortable presenting research findings and insights  
• Critical thinker thinking and problem-solving skills  
• Ability to multi-task  
• Strong Attention to Detail 
• Strong Organization skills 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills  
• Experience with rolling out new projects with instructions to teams  
• Ability to learn on the job  
• Ability to assist in system troubleshooting and resolution  
• Strong aptitude of working with Google Sheets, Zoom, Slack
