The role you’ll play

As a Senior Revenue Enablement Specialist, you’ll shape how revenue teams learn, grow, and thrive. Reporting to the Manager of Revenue Enablement, you’ll create immersive learning experiences and build content that empowers our sales teams to do their best work. Whether designing training programs, piloting new learning formats, or collaborating cross-functionally, you’ll be the connective thread between product updates and frontline execution.

  • Design and deliver engaging training that drives performance across revenue teams

  • Pilot and scale innovative learning experiences that meet people where they are

  • Partner with product, marketing, and sales to develop impactful enablement content

  • Facilitate live and asynchronous training sessions that bring strategy to life

  • Use data to inform what content lands, what needs work, and where to go next

  • Regularly assess training needs through call shadowing, performance analysis, and direct feedback

  • Keep key stakeholders in the loop with relevant enablement metrics and updates

  • Drive projects independently from idea to execution, always optimizing for scale and impact

Experience you bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in enablement, training, or program management, preferably in a fast-moving, growth-focused environment

  • Proven ability to design and deliver effective sales training and content

  • Comfortable translating complex product or technical details into simple, actionable insights

  • Familiar with Salesforce and sales engagement platforms, with hands-on experience preferred

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal

  • Strong project management skills and a natural bias toward action

  • Collaborative mindset with the confidence to lead cross-functional initiatives

  • Curious, self-motivated, and energized by continuous improvement
