Job Description

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Sales Executive at KINEXON, you will play a key role in driving our growth in the US market. You will:

  • Generate and develop new business in the industrial sector for our real-time localization technology and software solutions.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, building and expanding your customer base.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and identify how KINEXON can deliver measurable value.
  • Consult and advise customers on how to best leverage our innovations to accelerate their digital transformation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, solutions, and customer success teams to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term success.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

You are a strong fit for this role if you:

  • Bring 5+ years of experience in sales or consulting, ideally in enterprise software, SaaS, or industrial technology.
  • Have a background in production, logistics, or digital transformation projects.
  • Are genuinely interested in Industrial IoT, automation, and digitalization.
  • Excel at consultative selling, with the ability to uncover customer needs early and translate them into tailored solutions.
  • Communicate effectively, with excellent verbal and written English skills; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Thrive in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment and are motivated to make a measurable impact.
