We’re seeking a strategic and mission-driven Sr. Sales Recruiter to continually drive our meteoric growth. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and hiring exceptional go-to-market talent for Garner as the crucial first impression for thousands of candidates, and delivering a stellar candidate experience throughout. Working with the Head of Talent, you will also partner together to analyze processes and ensure we’re constantly improving how we hire. The salary range for this position is $110,000 - $135,000 annually. Compensation for this role will depend on a variety of factors including qualifications, skills and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans.
