ABOUT THE ROLE

Peloton is looking for an enthusiastic and detailed Senior Stock Plan Administrator to join our Compensation team. This role will accurately and efficiently handle the day-to-day administration of the company’s global stock plans. This role works as a member of the Compensation team and collaborates closely with our various internal teams so previous cross-functional experience is required. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of equity plans, excellent communication skills, a high level of accuracy, and strong technical skills.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

  • Accurately and efficiently handle the day-to-day administration of Peloton’s stock plans globally, collaborating with internal departments including Compensation, Payroll, Finance, Accounting, People (HR), and Legal as well as external partners like our stock plan provider, broker, and transfer agent
  • Verify that all equity plan transactions (grants, releases, exercises, dispositions, purchases, etc.) are accurately processed on the Shareworks platform
  • Effectively communicate with employees about equity compensation programs, providing clear and concise information; develop communications and self-help educational resources to enhance employee understanding and experience
  • Streamline all equity administration processes and maintain documentation for all stock plan processes
  • Build and maintain integrations for automation of equity administration for Peloton’s stock plans
  • Reconcile and audit transactions, termination dates, tax withholding, and reporting, and other system data as required
  • Partner with Peloton’s People Systems Team, Payroll Team, Legal Team, and advisors to optimize, customize, and maintain Shareworks to meet the specific needs of our equity programs and facilitate downstream reporting
  • Assist with global equity payroll reporting, annual filings, and compliance with international tax and regulatory requirements
  • Prepare materials for the Board of Directors to facilitate approval of new equity grants
  • Assist with preparation of stock-plan related reports, insights, and analysis for Executives, Board Members, Finance, People, Legal, and Payroll as needed

YOU BRING TO PELOTON

  • 5+ years of progressive stock administration experience with a global public company or stock plan system provider
  • Proven understanding of and experience working with Morgan Stanley Shareworks
  • Must be self-motivated, flexible, deadline-oriented, and able to complete tasks with minimal supervision and a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with high initiative, flexibility, and team approach to work
  • Acute attention to detail and well-developed organization and time management skills
  • Strong work ethic, including the ability to work independently and solve problems
  • Mobile employee taxation knowledge is a plus
  • Completion of 1+ CEP test a plus

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes. Base Salary Range
$103,200$134,200 USD
