Job Description

Our mission: to eliminate every barrier to mental health.

At Spring Health, we’re on a mission to revolutionize mental healthcare by removing every barrier that prevents people from getting the help they need, when they need it. Our clinically validated technology, Precision Mental Healthcare, empowers us to deliver the right care at the right time—whether it’s therapy, coaching, medication, or beyond—tailored to each individual’s needs.

We proudly partner with over 450 companies, from startups to multinational Fortune 500 corporations, as a leading provider of mental health service, providing care for 10 million people. Our clients include brands you use and know like Microsoft, Target, and Delta Airlines, all of whom trust us to deliver best-in-class outcomes for their employees globally. With our innovative platform, we’ve been able to generate a net positive ROI for employers and we are the only company in our category to earn external validation of net savings for customers.

We have raised capital from prominent investors including Generation Investment, Kinnevik, Tiger Global, Northzone, RRE Ventures, and many more. Thanks to their partnership and our latest Series E Funding, our current valuation has reached $3.3 billion. We’re just getting started—join us on our journey to make mental healthcare accessible to everyone, everywhere.

This role will report to the Associate Director, IT Systems Engineering with a dotted line to the VP of FP&A. The primary goal is to design the data model and pipelines that power Spring’s financial forecasting and planning activities in Pigment. This role combines deep financial analysis with technical ownership of our enterprise planning platform. You will serve as a key subject matter expert, working cross-functionally with teams to build and maintain a best-in-class planning environment. Success in this role requires an analytical approach, a collaborative spirit and a talent for transforming complex financial data into clear, actionable strategies.  This is a NYC-based hybrid role with 3 days a week in our Manhattan office.

What you’ll do:

  • Partner deeply with FP&A to understand the current data landscape, pain points, and future needs; architect and deliver scalable data infrastructure that drives forecasting accuracy and strategic planning.
  • Own and maintain Pigment’s data and reporting infrastructure, ensuring integrity, scalability, and usability for FP&A and cross-functional partners.
  • Design, build, and maintain automated data pipelines between enterprise applications (NetSuite, Salesforce, Snowflake, Pigment, Looker, Paylocity), improving reporting accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.
  • Implement monitoring, alerting, and CI/CD practices to ensure data pipelines and system integrations remain stable, resilient, and compliant.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and systems strategist to Finance, Revenue, and Legal leadership, translating organizational needs into scalable solutions across Pigment and other enterprise applications.
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement AI-enabled solutions across Pigment and enterprise systems to optimize workflows, enhance forecasting accuracy, and deliver predictive insights that drive executive and board-level decision-making.
  • Lead the development of executive-level dashboards and reporting frameworks, ensuring accuracy and insightfulness for board, investor, and leadership updates.
  • Collaborate with IT, Business Intelligence, and other technical teams to define and enforce enterprise-wide standards for data governance and reporting practices.
  • Stay ahead of platform updates (Pigment and others), leading evaluation, roadmap planning, and adoption of features that strengthen planning, forecasting, and compliance.
  • Mentor peers and junior analysts, raising the bar on data engineering, automation, and systems integration practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in FP&A, Business Systems, or Enterprise Applications, preferably in a SaaS or software company.
  • Deep hands-on expertise with Pigment or another modern EPM platform, with experience designing multi-dimensional data models.
  • Direct experience with Pigment is a strong plus.
  • Proven experience integrating enterprise systems such as NetSuite, Salesforce, Snowflake, Paylocity, and Looker.
  • Familiarity with APIs, ETL tools, or iPaaS solutions (Celigo, Workato, Mulesoft, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to apply AI and automation to enterprise workflows, delivering measurable efficiency, accuracy, and innovation.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Looker).
  • Proven success leading cross-functional enterprise system initiatives that improved forecasting, planning, or compliance outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and influence skills, with the ability to engage and build trust with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong user empathy paired with a focus on impact, translating complex business needs into scalable technical solutions that materially improve decision-making.
  • Proven ability to manage priorities and dependencies proactively, aligning work with broader cross-functional and business outcomes.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity, with the ability to navigate complex problem areas and define structured approaches.
  • A balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution, with the ability to both define roadmaps and deliver technical solutions.

The target base salary range for this position is $179,100 - $218,500, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits.
