OVERVIEW:

Are you our next Senior Talent Acquisition Manager? We’re looking for someone to join our Talent team, to help provide strategic recruitment leadership and direction to the business and to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, successfully delivering all facets of hiring in a timely manner.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

End-End recruitment, from planning with the hiring manager to offering the successful candidate.
Long-range recruitment planning, supporting Diversity and Inclusion initiatives.
Providing strategic recruitment advice to internal stakeholders.
Updating and modifying recruiting procedures, metrics, and executing Talent objectives.
Designing tailored employer branding initiatives and talent pipeline.
Supporting the Head of Talent on specific projects
Building strong relationships with internal customers, and being the point of reference for the business on all Talent topics.
Building external relationships with recruitment vendors

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

Essential Criteria:

Capability to handle challenging issues in a diverse and dynamic environment.
Well-developed and highly effective organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to objectively coach, mentor and develop team members.
Clear communication, strong ability to create and nurture relationships.
Strong experience of achieving results through influencing, instead of direct control.
Ability to work from a blank piece of paper.

WHAT YOU COULD ALSO HAVE:

Experience in recruitment in international environments preferred.
Cross industry experience
Naturally curious
Optimistic and positive. Can do attitude
