About the role:

We are searching for a strategic thinker who can effectively prioritize, balance our stakeholders needs, and scale provider teams. This is a high-impact role as you will directly influence bringing in top provider talent to support our mission.

This is a hybrid role with office days being Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. This role will initially report to our Senior Manager, Medical Operations.

What you'll be doing:

  • Collaborate closely with our medical leadership and medical operations team to elevate K's clinical recruiting function. 
  • Contribute actively to the development of innovative provider recruiting strategies and processes.
  • Take complete ownership of the candidate experience, from sourcing to offer acceptance, ensuring that candidates feel respected and valued throughout the entire hiring journey.
  • Coordinate with legal and our partners for any contract updates or revisions, and liaise with candidates for seamless signature processes to begin credentialing process.
  • Efficiently source candidates from various channels, utilizing data to discern which resources yield the highest quality candidates.
  • Implement data-driven recruiting approaches by leveraging insights from our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), specifically Greenhouse.
  • Work closely with our credentialing team to officially hire providers and hand off to the onboarding team.

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years of successful experience in recruiting physicians.
  • A passion for sourcing talent and a proven track record in a scaling environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of the telemedicine industry and its landscape.
  • The ability to interpret and leverage data to enhance recruiting efforts.
  • An operational and hospitality-focused mindset, dedicated to enriching the candidate experience and building strong partnerships with hiring managers.
  • A sense of urgency in candidate communication, scheduling, and collaboration with internal teams.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, allowing you to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a professional, clear, and friendly manner.
  • Tech-savvy with hands-on experience using Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Compensation:
$115,000$130,000 USD

We offer competitive compensation packages along with stock options based on industry benchmarks for function, level, and geographic location. Offer amounts are determined by multiple factors such as a candidate's experience and expertise.
