The Role
You will own the end-to-end recruitment processes for a technical and product functional area, from role debrief to offer, pipeline building and talent attraction strategies. You will have the opportunity to develop our Tech and Product teams, locally in Portugal but also internationally. Talking passionately to candidates or leads, not because you have to, but rather because you are passionate about matching people’s aspirations and the company’s needs. Along with the rest ΤΑ team responsible for tech recruitment, you will be part of recruitment projects by applying modern processes and cutting-edge tools.
What you'll bring
Proven experience as a recruiter in technical roles is mandatory, expected that you have gained it after 4+ years working in this field (either in-house or in agencies). Along with genuine passion to find the right person and meet stakeholders’ needs, you will bring your sourcing/recruiting skills and expertise in delivering great candidate and stakeholder experience. Being technical savvy and data-driven is not another buzzword for us but rather some of the competencies that you will be evaluated for. Finally, as international expansion is our goal, English skills should be at an advanced level.
