Our Growth team in Toronto are currently looking for a Senior Team Lead, Account Management (Global Poker) to join the team. 

As a Senior Team Lead, Account Management, you’ll mentor and guide the team of Account Managers in strategic account management, advanced problem solving, Poker game play and intricate relationship building.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the activities of the Account Managers and by proxy, all of its 1000+ customers. Guide them with department practices and well defined management precedents.
  • Meet with the team regularly to discuss account management strategies and help guide them through difficult escalations in their portfolio of customers. 
  • Use KPI’s to inform opinions on Account Manager portfolio performance and how to grow and improve in the role.
  • Regularly review your approach to customer assignment and customer journeys for the Global Poker Account Management team and make recommendations for either growth or retention uplift to the Head of Account Management.

What you will bring to the role:

  • 5+ years demonstrated B2C relationship management experience as well as 3-5 years experience in Team Management.
  • Advanced understanding of Poker and/or Casino Table games a significant advantage.
  • Demonstrated proficiency using various software and technology platforms, including CRM database management experience.
  • Demonstrates client focused approach with high level emotional intelligence.
