<div><span style="font-size: 12pt;">With multiple awards to our name, Larian Studios has proven that we’re dedicated to delivering high-quality role-playing games As we move on to new projects, the studio that brought you Baldur’s Gate 3 & Divinity: Original Sin 2 is looking for a Tools Programmer</span><b style="font-size: 12pt;"> </b><span style="font-size: 12pt;">to join the team and help us in crafting the high calibre games our fans have come to expect.</span></div></br><b>Responsibilities</b></br><li>Develop and maintain all development tools</li><li>Design, implement and maintain user interfaces</li><li>Identify and solve problems in our content creation workflows and pipelines</li><li>Engage closely with our narrative tools, spread across departments such as writing, scripting and cinematics</li><li>Work with a multi-disciplinary team to implement new engine and editor features</li><li>Be a driving force behind feature development, instrumental in finding the best solutions for new engine and tools features</li><li>Communicate openly and regularly with team members and stakeholders</li><li>Represent the team and its ideals in day-to-day communication</li><li>Act as a role model and mentor for your fellow team members</li></br><b>Requirements</b></br><li>5+ years of experience creating tools for game development</li><li>Shipped game titles</li><li>Excellent C# and .NET skills for desktop applications</li><li>A deep understanding of WPF and XAML</li><li>Experience with, and excellent feel for UI/UX and tool design</li><li>Experience improving long-lived internal tools with legacy components</li><li>Thorough C++ knowledge</li><li>Open-minded and willing to iterate on a feature based on feedback</li><li>The ability to analyse and understand the workflows of other disciplines</li><li>You seek constructive criticism and are open to discuss issues or requests with end-users</li><li>You are passionate about improving developer productivity and communicate in a supportive way</li><li>You are a team player and willing to take ownership of tools, planning and communication.
