We are looking for a commercially driven VIP Account Manager to build and scale our VIP function from the ground up. 
This is not a traditional account management role — this is a unique opportunity to design the strategy, define the engagement model, and directly impact revenue growth through high-touch relationships with our most valuable players. 
 
The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen, data-driven decision-making, and a builder mindset, with the ability to turn insights into scalable processes and measurable commercial impact. 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Lead the establishment and scaling of the VIP Account Management function from the ground up. 
  • Define and execute the VIP strategy, including segmentation, engagement models, and success metrics. 
  • Drive revenue growth and increase players’ lifetime value through proactive, high-touch engagement and tailored commercial initiatives. 
  • Build structured processes, playbooks, and best practices for VIP management. 
  • Own VIP KPIs, including retention, ARPPU, reactivation, and revenue uplift. 
  • Analyze VIP behavior and performance data to identify growth opportunities and optimize retention strategies. 
  • Develop strong, trust-based relationships with high-value players while balancing commercial objectives. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, BI, Marketing, and CRM teams to enhance the VIP experience and monetization strategy. 

 

Requirements 

  • 2+ years of experience in Account Management, VIP Management, Customer Success with revenue ownership, or similar commercial roles. 
  • Proven experience driving revenue, retention, or expansion within a monetized digital product. 
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action. 
  • Demonstrated ability to build processes or initiatives from scratch in dynamic, fast-paced environments. 
  • Commercially driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working with measurable KPIs. 
  • Native or Mother tongue level English – Must. 

Nice to Have 

  • Experience in gaming, iGaming, or other high-LTV digital products. 
  • Experience working with high-value or VIP customers. 
  • SQL or technical/data background. 
  • Understanding of consumer behavior in digital entertainment.
