THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Senior Zendesk Technical Consultant to join our DOTS (Digital Operation Technology Systems) team in Brazil.
At DOTS, a more specific Human Support team, Zendesk configuration governance is our priority. We ensure high-quality service to our customers, the efficiency of our agents, seamless integration with systems that empower them, and strategic data extraction for the entire Wellhub. Our goal is clear: to improve products and generate insights for continuous improvement that are always aligned with the Wellhub mission of bringing well-being to everyone.

YOUR IMPACT

As a Senior Zendesk Technical Consultant, you will play a vital role:

  • Zendesk Governance: Collaborate in managing and optimizing the platform's configurations, ensuring its performance and scalability.
  • Custom Development: Create tailor-made applications that add value and exclusive features to our Zendesk team.
  • Powerful Integrations: Develop and maintain solid integrations with other systems, enhancing information exchange and agent efficiency.
  • Enhanced Productivity: Your expertise in troubleshooting and problem resolution helps minimize disruptions to business operations, enabling agents to work more productively.
  • Innovation: Staying up to date on emerging technologies, Zendesk updates, and potential new integrations, industry trends, and identifying opportunities for innovation, and implementing new solutions to improve service delivery and support business goals.
  • Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in the team's agile process, seeking constant improvements and driving value delivery.
  • Strategic Impact: Contribute to the Wellhub mission, ensuring that our work with Zendesk is always aligned to bring well-being to everyone.

WHO YOU ARE

  • As a highly motivated Software Engineer, you have a proven track record of success in integrating and configuring Zendesk. You deliver robust solutions that streamline customer service operations and enhance user experience. 
  • You can leverage Zendesk's capabilities and APIs to build custom applications and seamlessly integrate with critical systems. In this role, you focus on Zendesk configurations, JScript app development, Zendesk Explore, SQL queries, and utilizing solutions from the Wellhub Tech Stack
  • You will also primarily engage with JIRA as the task management solution, demonstrating proficiency in agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban to ensure continuous improvement and provide clear visibility into task progress.
  • You have a keen eye for product evolution, additionally, you demonstrate proactive problem-solving and utilize data analysis to drive improvements in customer experience and business growth. 
  • As a collaborative and agile professional, you prioritize open communication, teamwork, and the mentorship of junior team members. 
  • You excel in agile environments, prioritize customer satisfaction, and thrive in fast-paced settings. 
  • You are proficient in troubleshooting complex issues, empathizing with end-users, and consistently prioritizing customer satisfaction. Your ability to efficiently manage time and thrive in fast-paced environments is evident. 
  • You possess advanced English language skills across writing, listening, and speaking areas. 
  • Your educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
