Playfly Sports is looking for a Service & Operations Coordinator to join our LSU team in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
· The Service & Operations Coordinator will act as a main point of contact for clients & sponsors that have partnered with Playfly Sports. This role will be responsible for client contract fulfillment, cultivating positive client relationships and performing other tasks as required. Becoming part of a culture of hard work, high performance, creativity, and to strive to reach the overall property goal.
WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH
· Responsible for fostering and building relationships with corporate partners through contract execution, client service, and hospitality
· Assist and/or lead the planning and implementation of LSU Sports Properties/Athletic Events
· Meet partner needs and collaborate with partner to develop key marketing objectives in alignment with contract obligations and goals
· Working with athletics departments on planning and implementing sponsor promotions, including coordination of in-game promotions with property athletics department
· Support team incremental sponsorship revenue push to exceed individual and team goals
· Working with properties associates to accomplish assigned tasks, lead as a mentor and set the property/athletics standards
· Other job-related duties as assigned
· Represent the university sports property, the university, and Playfly Sports Properties in a professional manner
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
· Bachelor’s degree required
· Two (2) years of experience in sport sponsorship or entertainment fields
· Outstanding communication skills are essential for interactions with clients, operational leaders and other senior executives
· Experience in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint
· Demonstrated professional presentation skills
TRAVEL & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
· Be available for gamedays as assigned, and including evening athletic events and coach’s radio shows
· Availability to work outside typical office hours including nights, weekends, holidays, gamedays as needed
· Walking, standing, bending and carrying items up to 30lbs is required
· Be available to travel for client presentations
· Be available for hours and duties in correlation to the client fulfillment responsibilities of Playfly Sports Properties
