Responsibilities:
 
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and brand growth.
Lead and manage performance marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring optimal ROI.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and spending.
Utilize data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and improve performance metrics.
Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
 
Required Skills:
 
Proven experience in user acquisition and performance marketing in B2C online industries.  
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Relevant degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
