THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a SMB Marketing Senior Director to lead the SMB Marketing function to our Marketing team in Sao Paulo, BR!


The SMB Marketing Team at Gympass is a dynamic and global group responsible for driving the marketing efforts targeted at small and medium-sized businesses worldwide. Comprising talented professionals across different regions, the team collaborates to create and execute strategic marketing initiatives that amplify Gympass's presence in the SMB market by working in stronger partnership with the Revenue, Product, and Technology teams.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Strategic Leadership:
    - Develop and execute a comprehensive global SMB marketing strategy aligned with Gympass's overall business objectives.
    - Provide strategic guidance to regional SMB marketing teams, ensuring consistent implementation of initiatives across diverse markets.
  • Strategic Alignment with SMB Sales & Success Teams: 
    - Act as the primary point of contact for the global SMB Sales and Success teams, fostering a seamless partnership to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives.
    - Collaborate closely to ensure campaigns resonate with target audiences and contribute to overall revenue growth
    - Drive collaboration on joint initiatives, leveraging insights from the sales and success teams to refine marketing strategies for enhanced lead generation and customer retention.
  • Team Management and Collaboration:
    - Lead and mentor a high-performing global SMB marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
    - Collaborate effectively with regional marketing leaders to ensure alignment and integration of SMB marketing efforts with broader business goals.
  • Campaign Management and Optimization:
    - Set and drive the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel SMB marketing campaigns globally. Oversee the execution and optimization of the campaigns at a Regional level by guiding and supporting the SMB Marketing Regional Leads.
    - Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities and guide strategic decision-making for SMB marketing initiatives.
  • Budget Oversight and Reporting:
    - Develop and manage the SMB marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve objectives within financial constraints.
    - Provide regular reports to executive leadership on the impact of SMB marketing initiatives, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommendations for improvement.

  • An SMB Marketing Expert: Proven track record in SMB marketing on a global scale, with 10+ years of experience crafting strategies that resonate across diverse markets, ensuring consistent brand messaging and impact.
  • A Collaborative Leader: A strategic team player with a passion for collaborative leadership, experienced in leading and mentoring diverse teams towards common goals.
  • An Effective Cross-Functional Communicator: Primary liaison with SMB Sales and Success teams, excelling in clear communication, both written and verbal, and effectively reporting on campaign performance.
  • A Strategic Thinker: Forward-thinking leader adept at identifying market opportunities and developing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth, informed by data analysis and insights.
  • An Adaptable Innovator: Self-starter thriving in dynamic environments, adapting quickly to change, and contributing to the evolution of marketing strategies with an innovative approach.
  • A Results-Driven Professional: Tenacious and goal-oriented, with a track record of delivering measurable results in SMB marketing, setting high standards for excellence and impact.
  • You have Global Perspective: Appreciates and understands international business dynamics, navigating cultural differences and driving unified marketing strategies across borders.

Vacations after 6 months and 3 days off per year + 1 day off for each year of tenure (up to 5 additional days) + extra day off for your birthday.
