Position Overview

Dude Perfect is looking for a Social Art & Production Coordinator to be the ultimate get-it-done creative for our social team. This is an entry-level, high-energy role for a make it happen doer who thrives on logistics, creativity, and the fast-paced world of production. You are the engine that keeps our social shoots running smoothly, ensuring that every prop, piece of wardrobe, and location is locked, loaded, and ready for the Dudes.

Reporting to the social leadership, you will own the social shooting calendar and serve as the primary bridge to our in-house Art Team. Whether you are sourcing a last-minute prop for a viral trend, coordinating logistics for a massive brand shoot, or jumping on the phone to secure a venue, you are the person who makes the impossible possible. If you are hyper-organized, creatively inclined, and have an uplifting spirit that can handle the chaos of a high-growth brand, we want you.

Who You Are

  • You don't just see problems; you solve them before anyone else notices. You have a "no task too small" and "whatever it takes" mentality.
  • You live in your calendar and to-do lists. You can track multiple moving parts across evergreen shoots and branded social shoots without breaking a sweat.
  • You have great taste and understand the DP aesthetic. You know how to source props and art that make a video look world-class.
  • You bring high energy to the set every day. You are personable, professional, and can handle high-pressure situations with a smile.
  • If we need a 10-foot inflatable basketball or a specific vintage jersey by tomorrow morning, you know exactly who to call or where to go to get it.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and organize the shooting schedule for all social-first content, ensuring the social-capture team, executive assistants, and talent are aligned and on time.
  • Lead the sourcing, organization, and setup of all props and art for social shoots, working in lockstep with the DP in-house art department on production timelines.
  • Secure locations, manage permits/reservations, and handle the "behind-the-scenes" legwork to ensure the social team can focus on creating.
  • Oversee wardrobe needs for social content, ensuring the Dudes and interns have exactly what they need for every shoot.
  • Be the primary "hands-on" coordinator during filming, managing the set environment and ensuring the team has every resource required to win.
  • Act as the bridge between the social team and our Art Department & brand producers to ensure brand and production standards are met on every project.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience in production coordination, event planning, or creative project management (internship experience at a high-level agency or production house is a plus).
  • You are a master of tools like Monday.com, Google Workspace, or other project management software.
  • Proven ability to source materials and solve logistical puzzles on a tight deadline.
  • You are a professional on the phone and in person, capable of representing the Dude Perfect brand to external vendors and partners.
  • Ability to be on your feet, move gear, and stay high-energy during long shoot days.

Bonus Qualifications

  • A deep, personal passion for the Dude Perfect brand and our mission.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or basic design skills to help mock up art concepts.
  • Experience in the sports or entertainment industry.
  • Practical knowledge of camera gear and production equipment.
  • Familiarity with collaborative tools like Monday, Frame.io, Slack, or Google Workspace.
