From our Moorabbin HQ we work tirelessly with our partner brands under the Amer Sports ANZ banner (Arc’teryx, Wilson and Atomic) to elevate the world through sport and we are excited to be recruiting for a Social Media & CRM Specialist to join our marketing team.

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager - Wilson, this role is part of a highly effective and driven team of professionals and will deliver and own Wilson’s AU/NZ CRM and social media platforms, ensuring an engaging experience for consumers.

Responsibilities will include:

Social Media:

• Strategy: Work with the Senior Marketing Manager to develop a strategy for our local social media channels, supporting category, follower growth and engagement and brand growth KPIs.
• Content creation:  Plan and create engaging content across our sportswear and tennis categories.
• Content calendar: Manage the content calendar for our owned social channels, planning in global, local and influencer content inline with key marketing stories.
• Influencer management: Identify, engage and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and influencers to regularly gift product to drive content and engagement.

CRM:

• Email marketing: Deliver high quality and engaging email content (visual and written) to tell key brand stories and campaigns
• Loyalty: Work with the digital team to define and develop a loyalty strategy to engage the Wilson community across our D2C channels.
• Email automation: Continuously review and update email automation flows targeting online and retail consumer journeys, driving repeat store visits and purchases
• Consumer segmentation:  Build and maintain customer segments based on customer lifetime value, interests and behaviours
• Reporting and analysis: Deliver detailed analysis and consumer insights to help commercial and brand teams make actionable decisions

So, who’s keen?

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years experience within a similar content production and strategic planning role cross social media and CRM. You will have the ability to create engaging marketing emails and content with a high attention to detail that leans into insights, learnings and trends. Having a consumer first mindset is a must, particularly when it comes to engaging our community, email automations and flows. Klaviyo and Shopify experience is highly desirable. Experience in social media and content creation is a priority over extensive CRM experience, but exposure and willingness to learn is a must.

An outstanding knowledge within the Australian retail / lifestyle / sporting goods market is also highly desirable, the role will appeal to someone who is entrepreneurial and analyses data to provide solutions.
