The Marketing Department is looking for entry-level candidates (college students encouraged to apply!) looking to gain experience in the sports industry. Must be available to work a majority of the (14) home game days, non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (not guaranteed to work all games). 

Qualifications:

• Prior experience publishing to social media channels, including Twitter/X, Instagram, Facebook, and Tik Tok 
• Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of soccer 
• A keen eye for trends across platforms
• Appreciation for sports, especially the NWSL 
• Personable, proactive, creative, and innovative team player who believes in the mission and values of Angel City FC
• Available to work a majority of home games (season runs March - November) 

Gameday Duties: 

• Assist Social Media Manager in executing gameday Twitter/X play-by-play 
• Track social interaction and communicate any opportunities or need-to-knows to the Social Media Manager
• Possess above-average knowledge of social media platforms and be flexible in reacting as needed
• Leverage content creator expertise to harness the essence of gameday excitement and channel fan-focused energy into captivating TikTok content and video creations, ensuring that the brand’s gameday presence resonates with diverse audiences and amplifies the unique atmosphere surrounding each match
