Two Circles is a fast-growing integrated sports marketing agency. We work with some of the world’s biggest sports organizations, including the NFL, MLB, College Football Playoff, Kentucky Derby and the L.A. 2028 Summer Olympics and have four times been named Sport Industry Agency of the Year.
We have a team of over 600 Two Circlers operating from eight offices across the world (New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Kansas City, London, Paris, Melbourne, and Bern) who work cross-region to service our expanding international client base.
Two Circles’ Content team maximizes the impact of sports content through consultancy, multi-format content production and channel management. Services include creative and video content production, digital marketing campaigns, strategy, consultancy, full management of digital and social media platforms and commercialization of digital platforms.
We are looking for freelance Social Media Managers to assist our talented and growing team in North America. We operate across a wide variety of sports but expert knowledge of football, basketball and soccer is desired. We want people with an in-depth knowledge and understanding of platforms and emerging digital trends. You should know social media inside out.

ROLE SUMMARY
· A social media native with a deep understanding of the relevant platforms
· Ability to execute real-time and planned social media output across our flagship accounts, both during and outside of live events
· High level channel and community management, content planning and creation
· Quality creative ideation, big and small, on a consistent basis
· An excellent team player, dedicated to our overall success
· Can deliver long and short-term social media campaigns and initiatives
· Able to produce short-form and longer social-first video edits and templated graphics
· Flexibility and availability to work evenings and weekends depending on the sporting calendar
The ideal background and skills we are looking for include:
· Experience in channel management and social coverage of live events, either concurrent with full-time education or in a professional setting
· Understanding of brand sensitivity and how important tone of voice is
· Experience working on digital content for professional sports leagues or media organizations is preferable
· Strong knowledge of social media landscape in the US to ensure our content is optimized for each platform
· Excellent written and verbal English skills
· First-class editorial judgement and accuracy
· Knowledge, understanding and experience of multiple social media platforms
· Mobile device content-creation skills at live events/video shoots
· Detailed understanding of how platforms are used to achieve business objectives
· Must be able to work weekends, as well as evenings, and be flexible about working patterns to cover sports
The following would also be beneficial:
· Experience of using Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, video clipping tools, ideally Premiere Pro
· Ability to come up with original content ideas and spot developing trends and opportunities
· Understanding and awareness of social media analytics, especially in helping to guide content strategy
· Spanish speaking
