The Software Engineer is ultimately responsible for delivering technical solutions: starting from the project's onboard until post launch support and including development, testing and user acceptance. It is expected to work with multiple delocalized project teams in multiple regions. As the Browser/JavaScript SW Engineer you will participate in the development efforts for our industry leading, Browser Extension based meters. Your role will involve implementing, and maintaining robust, scalable solutions that leverage JavaScript code that accesses the Browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox) internal APIs and services, You will play a key role in shaping the technical direction of our projects.
ResponsibilitiesMeter Deployment:Build new features in the existing Browser-Extension software meter
CI/CD Implementation:
Leverage CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processes.Ensure continuous integration and delivery of features, improvements, and bug fixes
Code Quality and Best Practices:
Adhere to coding standards, best practices, and design principles.Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high code quality
Performance Optimization:
Assist in the Identification of performance bottlenecks in both client-side and data upload components.Optimize applications for remote/unassisted installation
