The Experience You Bring 

• 0–2 years of engineering experience, particularly in building large-scale SaaS products. 
• Hands-on experience with backend development using object-oriented languages like C# or Java. 

• Familiarity with designing backend services and working within microservice architectures. 

• Understanding of SQL and relational database systems. 

• Exposure to monitoring tools like New Relic or Kibana, and a working knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and programming best practices. 

• A keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a positive, growth-minded attitude. 

• Enthusiasm for creating high-quality, performant systems—and excitement to learn new technologies like Kotlin, .NET, Python, React, or Ruby.
