Who We Are Looking For We’re looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer II to build and scale web applications and data-driven services for the Office of the General Counsel. You’ll work across front-end and back-end systems, collaborate closely with product and business partners, and help the team ship secure, reliable solutions with strong engineering fundamentals. Must-Have Technical Skills: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience 3-5 years of professional software development experience building and supporting data and web applications 2+ years of Hands-on experience with Databricks and/or Snowflake (data processing, data services, or analytics workloads) 3+ years building front-end applications with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript (plus HTML/CSS fundamentals) 3+ years building back-end services and REST APIs in Python and PySpark (experience with FastAPI or similar frameworks) Experience with SQL and relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MS SQL Server) Hands-on experience deploying and operating applications on AWS (or another major cloud provider) Familiarity with containers (e.g., Docker) and CI/CD concepts; comfortable working within established pipelines (e.g., Jenkins/GitHub Actions) Experience collaborating with product and business stakeholders in an Agile/Scrum environment Comfort using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) responsibly and in line with team guidance Nice-to-Have Skills: Familiarity with orchestration and messaging (e.g., Apache Airflow, Kafka, SQS, RabbitMQ) Exposure to BI/reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Databricks Dashboards) Exposure to Generative AI and LLM-based applications Familiarity with Salesforce development and/or Salesforce APIs Prior • experience in the Legal domain or working with legal/compliance systems Familiarity with MLOps or deploying ML models in production Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities A growth mindset and a passion for continuous learning Cross collaboration with teams located in different geographies What You Will Work On As a Full Stack Software Engineer II, you will: Contribute to design discussions and help translate solution designs into well-scoped stories and tasks
