About the role:
Reporting to the Associate Director of Shared Services, the Project Manager holds a pivotal, client-facing, and internal leadership role, essential for fostering the growth of a best-in-class professional services organization.
This role is dedicated to the efficient management of large and enterprise-level software implementations, serving as the primary point of contact for our valued clients. You will lead a portfolio of projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams of consultants and specialists to ensure the successful end-to-end implementation of the AlayaCare platform. As a key figure, you will oversee project progress, quality delivery, and act as the MRP (Master of Record for Project) for project health, backlog hours, and project utilization. From project initiation through completion, the team will rely on your expertise to manage time, scope, resources, risks, and costs, ensuring a predictable and triumphant outcome. This role's critical success factors include setting and managing client expectations concerning project scope, the AlayaCare delivery model, stakeholder roles, timelines, escalation and change management procedures, communication protocols, and risk management strategies.
Location, travel, and in-office requirements:
AlayaCare supports a flexible hybrid working model, expecting that our employees have a regular in-office presence at their closest office location while offering flexibility for some remote work. Our team encourages in-person collaboration and with this, the preferred candidate location for this position would be within the Greater Montreal or Toronto Area.
Travel will be required for conferences, customer onsite meetings, and events within North America.
