We are looking for a Brand Creative Junior
• Designer for EMEA. Brand Creative is the Art of Storytelling. We're the storytellers.

Day-to-day you’ll work under clear direction with a team of designers, writers, producers, and communication experts. Beyond this core team, you will also work a lot with external creatives – your team will commission various work across multiple fields. You’ll be required to also collaborate with your counterparts across the EMEA City Studios to help establish and develop our creative network. Within the broader Marketing organization, we work closely with other teams such as Brand Marketing and Consumer Direct Marketing. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? You are a multidisciplinary creative with experience crafting and implementing across mediums including Graphic

• Design, Art Direction, Typography, and Spatial
• Design. You enjoy crafting the detail all the way to delivery and proactively look to build on your design skills and design software knowledge. You are not afraid of working within new areas, pushing your thinking to deliver innovative creativity. You have a natural passion for art and design and proactively work to keep abreast of all new trends. You are able to manage your own workstreams effectively, communicating and presenting clearly and concisely to internal and external partners. You consistently explore the creative network around you discovering new talent as it emerges. You are excited about new technology and actively work to understand this constantly evolving landscape. You’ll bring: Work experience (internship, part-time, full-time) as a creative in an agency or internal brand environment. Extensive knowledge of design processes and software with proven proficiency in Adobe Creative suite or related design software.
• • Proven experience in effectively developing, crafting, and implementing concepts with the ability to share creative intent with internal audiences through the articulation of ideas in presentations. An ongoing desire to be at the forefront of current trends in graphic design, photography, visual communication, storytelling, experience design, art, and other design influences in order to be able to contribute a fresh and exciting perspective to projects.
• Ability to manage multiple and competing work priorities, demands, and changes to deliver high-quality work on time and with attention to detail.
• Proficient information-seeking skills and drive for results.
• Ability to travel 25% WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON? Working under clear direction, within a multidisciplinary team we work to develop, craft, and implement creativity across all of our channels. We help elevate and craft premium and purposeful storytelling across all consumer touchpoints, ensuring design continuity across all areas of focus. Whilst you will work with your team to develop and implement design for product launches and campaigns you will also drive your own workstreams across Nike digital channels – this will include crafting assets for Nike.com, email newsletters, Nike apps, and social media. Working across multiple workstreams, you'll communicate clearly with the team around you, often sharing your ideas, designs, comps, and mood boards in presentations with your immediate peers and internal partners.

You will improve design processes and standard methodologies to ensure all work is delivered on time.

You will proactively learn new skills and stay abreast of technical and digital design developments and successfully apply these to work practices. You’ll share this knowledge with the wider design community at Nike and work with them to ensure continuity across our initiatives, categories, and projects.
