About the Team

This team is part of Compliance Operations within the Audit, Risk & Compliance (ARC) Center. The LDQA team focuses on continuous training, skill development, quality assurance, and providing targeted support to Compliance Operations teams to ensure the effective execution of Compliance programs. By integrating assurance, reinforcement, and training, the team strengthens operational resilience, enhances quality oversight, and supports overall business continuity.
 

About the Opportunity

The LDQA Specialist plays a vital role in driving performance excellence and ensuring regulatory compliance within Compliance Operations. Depending on the team to which the specialist is assigned, this role offers a unique opportunity to design and deliver impactful training, uphold quality standards, and support operational reinforcement and continuous improvement initiatives across all Compliance Operations teams. By integrating assurance, operational support, and training, the LDQA Specialist helps strengthen team resilience, enhance oversight, and promote sustained business continuity.
 

Requirements: What We Look For In You

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a compliance-related role (experience in the FinTech / Crypto / Financial Institutions industry will be an added advantage).
  • Prior experience in Quality Assurance, Compliance Testing, or Internal Audit is highly desirable.
  • Exposure to training, coaching, or knowledge-sharing in a compliance environment is a plus, though not mandatory.
  • CAMS or ICA certification is a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards (e.g., AML, CDD, Sanctions, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with the capacity to assess complex data, identify risks, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Motivated and resilient in fast-paced, dynamic environments with shifting priorities.
  • Able to work fully on-site.
 

Key Responsibilities: What You’ll be Doing

  • Training Design and Delivery
    • Develop and deliver comprehensive compliance training programs to ensure all Compliance Operations agents have the knowledge and skills to perform their BAU duties and meet regulatory standards (e.g., AML, CDD, Sanctions).
    • Conduct regular training needs assessments across Compliance Operations teams to identify skill gaps or emerging compliance risks and design tailored training solutions.
    • Create, update, and maintain training materials — including presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, and other resources — to ensure alignment with current compliance requirements and best practices.
    • Contribute to the development and rollout of new training programs, initiatives, and projects aimed at enhancing compliance knowledge, performance, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
    • Deliver onboarding, refresher, and ongoing training sessions to reinforce key compliance principles and operational standards.
    • Conduct coaching sessions for Compliance Operations agents to improve performance and strengthen understanding of compliance expectations.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions by gathering participant feedback, monitoring performance, and assessing compliance-related outcomes.
  • Quality Assurance and Thematic Review
    • Conduct Quality Assurance (QA) reviews as needed to assess agent performance, identify improvement opportunities, and provide targeted feedback and coaching.
    • Lead, plan, and conduct thematic reviews to identifying quality gaps, compliance risks, and improvement opportunities.
    • Perform root cause analysis by reviewing quality monitoring data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for training and process enhancements.
    • Track, monitor, and validate remediation actions agreed upon by Compliance Ops teams following QA or thematic reviews.
    • Develop and maintain quality documentation, including QA scorecards, departmental SOPs, and other quality-related materials.
  • Collaboration and Operational Support
    • Collaborate with Compliance Operations stakeholders to align training initiatives with compliance objectives, ensuring consistency and relevance in all content and delivery.
    • Provide support to Compliance Operations teams during workload spikes or resource shortages to help maintain business continuity and operational stability.
  • Continuous Improvement and Regulatory Awareness
    • Stay informed of changes in regulatory requirements, industry trends, and best practices to ensure training programs and QA initiatives remain current and compliant with evolving standards.
    • Provide expert input on process improvements, SOP updates, and risk mitigation strategies.
    • Support the design and implementation of new QA or training initiatives that enhance compliance knowledge, operational performance, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
