What You'll be Doing:

  1. Conduct QA review to assess agent performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide feedback and coaching. 进行质量保证评审以评估座席的表现,确定需要改进的地方,并提供反馈和指导
  2. Perform root cause analysis by reviewing quality monitoring data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for training and process enhancements. 通过审查质量监控数据来进行根本原因分析,以确定需要改进的趋势和领域,并为培训和过程改进提供建议
  3. Initiate calibration sessions within the Compliance Ops functions to align on QA standards and address quality related matters. 在合规运营部门内启动校准会议,以符合QA标准并解决质量相关问题
  4. Collaborate with the Learning & Development (LD) team to establish processes, define quality standards, ensure consistency, and refine training programs. 与LD团队合作,建立流程,定义质量标准,确保一致性,并完善培训计划
  5. Develop and maintain quality documentation, including QA scorecards, departmental SOPs, and other quality-related materials. 开发和维护质QA文件,包括QA记分卡,部门SOP和其他质量相关材料

  8. Participate in the development and implementation of QA initiatives and projects. 参加QA相关项目

What We Look For in You:

  • Bachelor's Degree or above, with preference given to majors in information security, finance, management, or related fields. 本科及以上学历(特别优秀可以放宽到大专),信息安全、金融、管理等相关专业优先
  • Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in Customer Service (experience in the FinTech / Crypto / Financial Institutions industry will be an added advantage). 至少2-5年客服经验经验(金融科技/加密/金融机构行业经验优先考虑,质检经验优先)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. 较强的分析能力,能够分析数据并提供可操作的见解以持续改进
  • Excellent command of spoken and written in English and Mandarin as the role requires to deal with China Mandarin speaking counterparts. 具备优秀的英语和中文听说读写能力,该职位需要与中国的相关方进行沟通交流
  • Highly motivated and detail-oriented with strong multitasking and prioritization abilities. 工作上进心强,注重细节,有较强的多任务处理和优先处理能力
