The Role:
We are seeking a talented and proven Sr. Account Executive. As an integral part of our sales team, you will engage with our amazing customers (coaches), build lasting relationships, and evidence the value Scorability adds to the recruiting process. This could be a great match if you desire to make a strong impact and support the build of a sales function from the ground up. You must have a track record of success and hitting or overachieving quotas in a net new business focused sales role and be results-oriented, an excellent communicator, and a strong problem-solver who gets excited about helping college coaches recruit players with Scorability’s athlete database and customized software experience. This position is best suited for a sales professional with 5-7 years proven experience in a consultative SaaS sales role with 2-3 of those years being in a full-cycle, new business, closing role where you have hit or exceeded quota. The right team member will want to make an impact and mentor others while continuing to learn and grow through the value of direct sales mentorship from our CRO and CEO.
