We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Director to drive club and event revenue and marketing initiatives, contributing to the continued growth and success of UTR Sports.
Position Overview
As the lead for B2B2C marketing, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategic marketing campaigns to promote UTR Sports within the tennis and pickleball communities. This role will focus on driving club/organizer and event revenue, creating compelling marketing assets, and fostering partnerships with tennis clubs and event organizers.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $85,000 to 125,000. The total comp for this role will take into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic location differential associated with where the position will be filled.
