About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Sr. Manager of Program Management to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives within the Care Experience organization. This role oversees the Telehealth project management function—driving operational excellence, process improvement, and seamless coordination across product, clinical, operations, and growth teams.

You’ll play a key role in shaping how we deliver care at scale. This role combines program strategy, people leadership, and execution excellence—turning business goals into actionable plans and measurable outcomes. You’ll partner closely with senior leaders and guide a growing team to deliver initiatives that make care more efficient, scalable, and impactful.

You Will:

  • Own the operational strategy for telemedicine program management across Hims & Hers, ensuring alignment with company goals and long-term care delivery strategy.

  • Lead and grow a high-performing program management function—coaching, developing, and inspiring a team to deliver consistently high-quality results.

  • Define and scale governance frameworks that enable efficient prioritization, cross-functional alignment, and data-driven decision-making.

  • Drive the execution of complex initiatives, ensuring seamless collaboration across Product, Clinical, Operations, Growth, and R&D.

  • Establish and monitor success metrics and OKRs, tying program outcomes directly to patient experience, operational scalability, and financial impact.

  • Partner with executive and clinical leaders to identify opportunities for innovation in virtual care delivery and to remove operational or strategic barriers.

  • Champion process improvement and standardization, enhancing how projects are scoped, launched, and measured across the Care Experience organization.

  • Oversee launch readiness and continuous improvement, embedding feedback loops, retrospectives, and data insights to refine future initiatives.

  • Represent the Care Experience organization in cross-functional forums, influencing senior stakeholders and guiding strategic tradeoffs.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and operational excellence across the telehealth delivery ecosystem.

You Have:

  • 9-12+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs or portfolios in fast paced technology-enabled service organizations.

  • 4+ years of experience building, developing, and scaling high-performing teams, including both ICs and people leaders.

  • Demonstrated success driving transformation or care delivery initiatives from conception to execution with measurable business and patient outcomes.

  • Deep understanding of operations, virtual care workflows, and program design.

  • Proven ability to translate strategic vision into actionable roadmaps and deliver through influence across technical and non-technical teams.

  • Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to distill complexity into clarity.

  • Strong systems thinking, process design, and change management expertise.

  • Adept at operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, balancing structure with agility.

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification is a plus.

Our Benefits (there are more but here are some highlights):

  • Competitive salary & equity compensation for full-time roles

  • Unlimited PTO, company holidays, and quarterly mental health days

  • Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental & vision, and parental leave

  • Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP)

  • 401k benefits with employer matching contribution

  • Offsite team retreats

We are committed to building a workforce that reflects diverse perspectives and prioritizes ethics, wellness, and a strong sense of belonging. If you're excited about this role, we encourage you to apply—even if you're not sure if your background or experience is a perfect match.
