We are looking for a talented and strategic-minded individual to temporarily fill the Commercial Process & Project Lead role.
As Commercial Process & Project Lead, you will lead our process improvement initiatives and oversee the successful delivery of key projects within our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency, enhance project management capabilities, and ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives.

Operating at the intersection of Commercial Strategy, Sales, Product, GTM, Tech, and regional markets, the team drives the programs that shape how we operate, scale our business, and unlock new growth opportunities. We take complex challenges, bring clarity and structure, and turn them into tangible results.
While anchored within the broader Commercial Operations setup, the team operates with a strong strategy and business development mindset, focusing on translating strategic priorities into execution that drives premium growth and commercial impact.

Your Story
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of experience in project, process, or program management.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) preferred.
- Strong understanding of process management and continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency with project management tools and software such as Asana.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Salary: $135,000 - $170,000
