The Sr. Manager, Brand Media is a key role responsible for strategy development and execution of our upper-funnel media campaigns across multiple channels. This position requires an individual with a deep understanding of how brands can effectively use brand media to measurably increase awareness and breakthrough in a cluttered environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving growth through unique and disruptive media activations, and ability to collaborate with both internal and external partners.
Responsibilities:
Effectively develop and manage NOBULL’s brand media initiatives across channels including video, audio / podcasts, outdoor, partnerships, and social
Determine optimal targeting, flighting and media mix for brand media investment as it aligns to business priorities
Build and execute disruptive and non-traditional media ideas to further help the brand breakthrough. Discover untapped added-value opportunities within existing partners to further increase presence
Analyze media trends and customer insights to inform strategies and optimize campaign performance.
Work closely with NOBULL’s media agency and other external partners to execute flawlessly. Ensure agencies are well briefed on the seasonal priorities and are aligned to our strategy and initiatives.
Collaborate internally across teams to align creative best practices and rotations. Work closely with the Paid Social team to effectively use the channel in the upper funnel
Consistently report on success of brand initiatives to the larger business. Develop a measurement roadmap to better measure success against brand goals
Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in managing media, with a strong background in strategic planning and execution.
Previous experience managing agencies.
Demonstrated success in executing brand media in a competitive landscape.
Creative thinker with understanding that we cannot act like the competition to grow
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire.
An action-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving results.
