Staff Backend Engineer

We’re looking for a Staff Backend Engineer to help expand and enhance our AdTech platform. If you’re passionate about building scalable, high-performance systems and enjoy leading technical initiatives across teams to serve millions of users, we’d love to hear from you.

Tech Stack

• Languages & Frameworks: TypeScript, NestJS, Jest

• APIs & Protocols: GraphQL, REST, gRPC, WebSockets

• Databases & Caching: MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, BigQuery

• Messaging & Queues: RabbitMQ, Google Pub/Sub

• DevOps & CI/CD: Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD

• Monitoring: Datadog

What You’ll Do 🎯

• Build clean, efficient, and scalable backend systems in TypeScript and NestJS.

• Own projects end-to-end: deliver, maintain, and continuously improve critical services.

• Integrate external services and enable data-driven features for experimentation and A/B testing.

• Lead technical discussions, contribute to architectural decisions, and set engineering standards.

• Collaborate across engineering, product, and operations teams to deliver high-impact solutions.

• Hands-on experience with most of our tech stack in production.
