We are hiring a Staff Software Engineer Backend in our CIA Growth Team area in Brazil! This is a Remote – Brazil position, meaning you can work from anywhere within the country. Please note that this role is only open to candidates in Brazil.
We are hiring a Backend Staff Software Engineer
At the CIA Focus Area, we build the platform where all organizations can implement and manage their wellbeing strategy, helping to make every company a Wellness company, while generating a positive impact on their business. We focus on accelerating Wellhub’s growth by enhancing our subscribers’ and clients’ journey and expanding access to wellbeing experiences.
Our team is composed of three multidisciplinary squads: Subscription Boosters, Commercial Conditions Experience(CCXP), and Wellbeing Access. Each with talented TLs, UX designers, and frontend/backend engineers.
In this role, you will support the entire Growth vertical, driving architecture decisions that influence the broader ecosystem and supporting the development of critical initiatives with direct impact on the company goals. You will tackle complex challenges related to system scalability, performance, and resilience, shaping the architecture that powers millions of users worldwide.
Our team focuses on delivering highly scalable and reliable solutions, capable of handling large volumes of data while ensuring high availability and optimal performance.
This is a strategic position with high visibility and business impact. You will contribute directly to one of Wellhub’s most important tools from invitation to signup, which is a primary driver of new subscriptions and revenue.
