You will be focused on profit and loss control, customer satisfaction and shrinkage results by overseeing operational aspects.

• Manager you will: · Creating an inviting environment in the store to guarantee a unique shopping experience for our customers. · Coordinate, support and supervise a diverse team and ensure an excellent working atmosphere. · Manage store budgets and operational processes to achieve sales goals, optimize performance and increase customer satisfaction. · Support and lead the implementation of CONVERSE strategies in the store (e.g. sustainability, NIKE Inc. membership, digital offers). · Provide insights to optimize the positioning of your store in the local market. Ensure that all CONVERSE standards and guidelines are adhered to. · Work in cooperation with various business partners from stores and headquarters.
