As Store Manager you will be responsible for recruiting and building a high performing team and well as for achieving set targets, exceeding budgeted sales, monitoring expenses and overseeing all operational aspects of the business.
We offer you the opportunity to focus on different areas in our store - Visual Merchandising, Marketing & Community Leadership or Operations.
This means that you will be responsible for the design of the store, in the planning of various events in the store or also for the social media campaigns of the flagship store.
Additionally, the Store Manager's responsibilities include organizing the stock room as well as organizing the stock.
We are looking for our new Store Manager in our new Salomon shop based in Milano - Corso Garibaldi.
Your daily tasks:
- Implementation of measures to achieve the goals
- Training, mentoring and motivation of the store team
- Active customer advice and sales of Salomon sporting goods
- Implementation of the brand's visions and processes, as well as suggestions for optimisation possibilities
- Handling the merchandise management and cash register system
- Supporting the efficient and effective implementation of all processes in the store (goods receiving/checking, storage, etc.)
