We are looking for an experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our team in the US and focus on our most significant customer segment. As a Strategic Account Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring our key customers achieve their goals and are successful with our products. You will be accountable for the growth of a portfolio of these essential customers across their lifecycle & stakeholders, ultimately impacting some of our core metrics: Growth and retention.
We are looking for a creative individual with a commercial focus who is motivated to build genuine relationships and get customers to value through product adoption while ultimately impacting NRR as your core metric.
Key responsibilities:Ensure positive net revenue retention (NRR) for your customer segment through targeted activities around onboarding, growth, and retention. Build good relationships with key stakeholders at a subset of our largest customers as you develop the collaboration. Apply customer success principles to understand our customers' goals and priorities concerning our product capabilities and take them through the right journey to get maximum value from their investment in Veo.Develop and implement portfolio planning, ensuring we meet or exceed the expectations of our key customers and maintain a high adoption and growth rate through upsell/expansion opportunities.Monitor and report on customer health metrics, taking proactive steps in addressing opportunities and challenges that may arise Be an internal advocate for the customer, supporting Veo to improve our products and services continually.Personal qualifications:Emphatic customer advocate with a commercial flair - you should have a genuine motivation to ensure customers are successful with our products, as you believe this leads to commercial growthBe proactive and convey messages and visions effectively, ultimately establishing yourself as the trusted advisor to key stakeholders of the Club. Tech- and business-savvy with an ability to understand our customers' business and translate our product capabilities into their growth as a club in the industry Outcome-oriented team player with a high sense of accountabilityWillingness to learn from both successes and failures to continually improve the way we engage with customersBe ever-curious and challenge both Veo and our customers if you see a better solution, approach, or strategyAbility to stay organized in a fast-paced environment and overcome obstacles with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.As part of our fast-paced and growing organization, you will have the opportunity to influence the direction of the division with opportunities for growth and career development. For example, the team originated from Customer Success and recently transitioned to a hybrid between CS principles and account Management.
You’ll be part of a global team of diverse yet like-minded customer advocates and visit our HQ in Wonderful Copenhagen while being close to our core market in the US day-to-day.
