As a Strategic Business Analyst to the CEO, you will provide high-impact insights and support to drive executive-level decision-making. This role involves conducting strategic analyses, optimizing performance metrics, and fostering cross-departmental collaboration to achieve business goals. You will play a vital role in preparing and presenting key decision-making materials to the CEO and senior management.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategic Analyses:
    • Perform comprehensive business analyses, including market and competitor studies, as well as revenue and margin evaluations
    • Identify areas with potential for optimization and growth
  • KPI Development and Optimization:
    • Develop and monitor KPIs to measure company and sales strategy performance
    • Automate and continuously improve reporting processes
  • Go-to-Market (G2M) and Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Design and implement a unified metrics system to evaluate G2M activities (sales and marketing)
    • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams to facilitate data-driven decisions
  • Executive Support:
    • Prepare and support the CEO in strategic decision-making processes
    • Create executive-level reports and presentations with actionable insights

 

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Educational Background and Experience:
    • A degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
    • Proven experience in business analysis, strategy development, or a related analytical role, preferably at the executive level
    • Proficiency in using Salesforce for business operations and data management
    • Hands-on experience with Power BI for data visualization and analytics
  • Technical and Analytical Skills:
    • Strong expertise in data analysis, visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and advanced proficiency in Excel
    • Experience with KPI development and reporting automation
    • Familiarity with Go-to-Market strategies and cross-functional business processes
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills:
    • Exceptional ability to communicate complex data and insights clearly and effectively through presentations and reports
    • Strong collaboration skills, with experience working across multiple departments
    • Outstanding proficiency in English, both written and verbal, to ensure effective communication at all organizational levels
