DIGITAL STRATEGY / Responsible for developing and executing digital & social media recommendations for our clients.

***Our headquarters are in Stamford, CT, but the location of this position can be flexible. Priority will be given to candidates open to hybrid work (3 days a week in the office) in one of our office locations—Stamford, CT, New York, NY, Chicago, IL, Charlotte, NC, or Atlanta, GA. EST working hours are a prerequisite.

In this role, you will assist in the development and execution of data-driven digital and social programs for our impressive roster of clients. You will gather key insights and learnings to resolve how to best achieve a client’s goals and objectives through social listening while also identifying the trends and strategies that reach specific fanbases.

You will work alongside a team of digital experts to manage the execution and measurement of a campaign, interpreting data to create in-depth client-facing reports. If you possess a balance of strategic and analytical abilities across the digital and social landscape, combined with trend-spotting and creative ideation, this is your next move!

THE WORK YOU’LL DO

  • Responsible for pulling key data around social platform best practices, audience behavior, and social conversation using social listening tools
  • Assist in crafting data-driven digital recommendations for client initiatives – including (but not limited to) social strategy, media partnerships, and talent programs
  • Measure campaign performance and keep track of key program metrics (such as impressions, engagements, ER, etc.) based on program goals and KPIs
  • Craft detailed reports of campaign activations, providing clients with tangible results and recommendations to inform future social and digital strategies
  • Lead efforts in talent discovery based on the client’s campaign objectives and criteria
  • Manage the execution of digital and social campaigns, remaining organized and engaged through every phase of the program
  • Liaise with internal & external teams as needed on client requests

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 1-2 years of experience in digital/social strategy, preferably at a media agency working in a team environment
  • Experience in organic social and social listening for a brand, team, league, property, or talent]
  • Knowledgeable in the paid social space, with hands-on media buying experience or reporting a major plus]
  • Ability to discover and develop data-driven insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to create well-designed, cohesive, and clear Microsoft PowerPoint decks
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a plus (we work with a lot of data!)]
  • You are creative – you can brainstorm innovative ideas and collaborate with creative/design teams to ensure content aligns with best practices on social and digital channels
  • You’re ahead of what’s trending in social & digital – what’s resonating with consumers, what platforms are growing, what content rises above the rest – and a passion for/expertise in sports, entertainment, music and/or celebrity & lifestyle culture

The base compensation for this position is $52,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure, and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications
