We are looking for a student assistant to join our exciting production team in Copenhagen. We are seeking someone to grow with us as a company and develop their experience as they help us expand. You will get the opportunity to learn about the production processes, Lean implementation, standardization, and visual management and will assist in the documentation process by creating the procedures, work instructions, process flows, labels, and descriptions. You will also take part in projects related to Culture and Sustainability. Our team creates an open and flexible environment for students to balance their work and school commitments and feel like valued members of the team. It’s a great opportunity to apply your learnings and skills from school to real-world.

Main Responsibilities

Process Documentation: assist in creating and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs), visual instructions, quality requirement and feedback sheets, and other documents in VEO Production

Process Mapping: map the processes in Production & Repairs

Documentation Review: regularly review and update existing process documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance, and incorporate feedback from team members and supervisors

Data Analysis: assist in the analysis of production metrics to identify areas for improvement

Continuous Improvement Initiatives: actively participate in brainstorming sessions and initiatives aimed at improving production efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing overall operational effectiveness

Workflow Optimization: analyze existing production processes and propose improvements to increase throughput, reduce rework and minimize waste. Assist with standardization, visual management, Lean and ESD coordination

Sustainability Initiatives: participate in sustainability projects within the production process, such as waste reduction, energy conservation, or the implementation of environmentally friendly practices
