We are seeking energetic, responsible undergraduate interns to join Legends Global, The David L. Lawrence Convention Center in the following departments: Sales and Marketing, Human Resources and Community, Technical Operations, and Events. Interns will be expected to learn the ins-and-outs of the daily tasks, procedures, and practices within Sports and Entertainment by supporting department tasks, projects, and responsibilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Complete Department project as assigned by department head. 
• Assist with ongoing daily administrative tasks. 
• Support department for event preparation. 
• Help prepare Word, PowerPoint, and Excel documents. 
• Track progress, priorities, and deadlines of various projects 
• Shadow multiple office positions and train in a variety of tasks. 

Qualifications

• Completion of undergraduate sophomore or junior year at an undergraduate college or university working towards a 4-year degree.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail- orientated and can efficiently multi-task.
• Ability to adapt and learn quickly.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
