Who You Are

As a Supply Chain Data Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and efficiency throughout our supply chain operations. You will focus on network optimization, advanced analytics and modeling, and automated reporting to identify and implement cost-saving strategies. This role is crucial in transforming data into actionable insights, directly impacting the company's bottom line and operational effectiveness.         

What You're Good At:

• Build scalable and complex supply chain models and processes to optimize supply chain strategies across our omnichannel network with the goal of delivering excellent on-time-in-full service levels while balancing operating cost and asset efficiency.
• Assist in developing and implementing optimization models across our beverage 3PL & co-manufacturing network to minimize total-cost-of-ownership
• Create advanced, automated reporting tools and dashboards using Tableau to communicate insights in a clear and effective way to help the organization with better decision-making.
• Design models that aim to answer or automate business decisions through predictive or prescriptive analytics.
• Play a key role in developing and executing new supply chain strategies.
• Suggest and implement improvements to existing processes and analytical tools.
• Work cross-functionally to collect data, build analytical models and make recommendations
  
  

What You Contribute: 

• Educational background. Candidate must have one of the following:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, or any STEM related degree and 1-2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Master’s degree in data science or any STEM related field

• Expertise in mathematical and statistical analysis, particularly in supply chain or operations analytics, with the ability to interpret and draw conclusions from large data sets
• Advanced SQL & Tableau Skills
• Proficiency in Python, R or other open-source programming tools, and a solid understanding of machine learning and deep learning models
• Basic understanding of supply chain, logistics, and distribution principles
