IN A NUTSHELL
We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Supply Chain Manager (f/m/x) who is ready to dive into the world of supply chain optimization and logistics management. In this role, you will play a critical part in coordinating procurement, optimizing logistics operations, and ensuring the timely delivery of our products.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the procurement order (PO) placement process, including requesting offers, negotiating terms, confirming orders, and ensuring timely deliveries.
- Monitor and report on supply chain KPIs, such as expiry dates, stock levels, and supplier performance, to drive operational improvements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating payment terms and collaborating on product improvements and developments.
- Address challenges such as supplier reliability, demand forecasting, and regulatory compliance, implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Participate actively in projects aimed at improving payment terms and further developing supply chain and sourcing KPI tracking and reporting.
YOUR PROFILE
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field, with 1-3 years of experience (internships also considered).
- You are skilled in using Google and Microsoft suites and have a strong understanding of data analysis and technological applications in supply chain management.
- You are excellent at problem-solving and are capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
- You have very good written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
