This hybrid position is 4 days/week at our Downtown Toronto Head Office (Mondays to Thursdays) and Fridays (remote office) and is an individual contributor. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR We’re looking for a Supply Chain Specialist II for our Order Book
You will succeed by utilizing reporting and insights to drive timely delivery of all Nike products to support Nike profitability.
You will communicate with, develop, and maintain positive relationships with internal cross functional partners through report interpretation, tools, phone and email.
You will implement desk level orderbook tasks to deliver overall orderbook and business KPIs. The candidate needs to have strong time management skills and critical thinking, ability to adapt/embrace change, be able to build rapport and business partnerships and have refined analytical skills. WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON This role will be responsible for executing end-to-end order book management, communicate effectively to relevant stakeholders, and will take initiative to identify risk and opportunities for Nike and our partners.
You will respond to questions regarding order status and tracking information, working with internal partners to resolve moderately complex customer issues, such as pricing, delivery status, routing, rejections, holds.
You will access, execute, and leverage standard and ad hoc reports to support execution to proactively track product delivery, order fill rates, validity, delivery, and returns activities. Key
