Wargaming Prague is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Business Analyst / System Designer to take on the role of System Design Team Lead. You will be instrumental in both enhancing the team and delivering impactful features (gameplay and meta). As a key member of the design team, your expertise will help shape project success through cross-team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
Your primary responsibility as a System Designer will be to define feature scope and requirements, identify dependencies across projects, and collaborate with other designers to prepare and maintain detailed documentation. You will support features at every stage of their lifecycle, from concept to production deployment and beyond.
As Team Lead, you will focus on managing the System Design discipline, assigning tasks, reviewing outputs, and setting development goals while providing ongoing feedback.

What will you do?
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and clarify goals, objectives, and vision of a feature as well as high-level requirements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (including Publishing, Legal, Analytics, and others) to gather and align requirements, ensuring smooth integration of features.
- Produce detailed and transparent feature artifacts and specifications, securing approval from key stakeholders and keeping documents updated.
- Collaborate with development teams and other specialists involved into the development, deliver and maintenance to consult them and to ensure the implementation of the feature aligns with the requirements.
- Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and ensuring a shared understanding of feature vision and requirements.
- Together with other colleagues continuously assess feature performance metrics, gathering insights to drive iterative improvements and enhance player satisfaction.
- Define and refine goals, standards, and processes for the System Design discipline.
- Mentor junior team members, oversee task assignment, review work artifacts, and provide structured performance feedback and development plans.
What are we looking for?
- At least 3+ years of experience in business analysis/system design.
- Proven ability to write clear and structured requirements specifications.
- Strong English skills: writing, speaking, and presenting.
- Experience in processes modelling.
- Knowledge of the life cycle of the project/product
- Analytical mindset with the ability of breaking down complex requirements into actionable steps.
- Good communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Theoretical knowledge of business/system analysis and modern practices of working with requirements
- Basic knowledge of building and architecture of information systems
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
