We are looking for a Systems Engineer to join the Technology team in Dallas/Fort Worth, supporting NBC5, T39, and Arthouse. As a Systems Engineer, you will be primarily responsible for implementing and supporting technology and users within our mission critical, media production and enterprise IT environment. Job Responsibilities:

• Gather requirements, plan, and implement technical and workflow solutions for News, Production, and Creative Services partners.
• Administration of media production applications, systems and infrastructure, ensuring reliability of technology and operations.
• Develop and maintain system documentation for operational and troubleshooting purposes.
• Provide technical support, incident response, and customer communication.
• Ensure compliance with NBCUniversal cyber security policies and standards.
• All other duties as assigned.
• Required onsite. This position is required to be performed full time onsite from an NBCUniversal designated work site.
