The Opportunity
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team, this is a full-time 12-month fixed-term contract (maternity cover). This will be a great opportunity for anyone who is already within an internal TA or Recruitment role looking to develop into their next opportunity. You will be based in our Manchester office and play a key role in supporting HR operations across multiple international locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full end to end process and take ownership of recruitment from spec to hire, for all of our Support Office roles across all departments within our global head office.
• Supporting crucial hires in all functions including Tech, Finance, Operations, Marketing, Customer Service and HR.
• Build strong relationships with department leads to understand hiring needs and provide strategic sourcing support.
• Write compelling job adverts tailored to our brand tone and target audience.
• Deep dive in screening candidates and assessing suitability for role, whilst managing with care non suitable applicants, and providing recommendations to hiring manager/s.
• Manage end to end pipeline efficiently via our ATS Workable.
• Coordinate and manage interview processes, including scheduling, feedback collation, and offer processes.
• Provide data and insight to help stakeholders make informed hiring decisions.
• Manage all administration of the function and any monthly reporting requirements.
• Provide additional support to the Personal Trainer recruitment process during peak periods or when additional help is needed.
• Collaborate with the wider Talent Acquisition team to ensure a consistent candidate experience across all roles.
• Support on administration and reporting for estate.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an in-house or agency recruitment role, ideally with exposure to both volume and specialist hiring.
• Experience in mentoring more junior team members.
• Confident managing end-to-end recruitment processes independently.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle competing priorities.
• Proactive and solutions-oriented, with a desire to continually improve.
• Experience working with an ATS (Workable or similar) and confidence using recruitment data.
• Passion for health, fitness, and high performance is a bonus but not required.

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 depending on experience.

We are looking for someone to start late July, 21st July at the earliest.

The full-time role is 5 days a week, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm, with a minimum of 3 days based in our Manchester office (M2 7HA).
