We are looking for a proactive and motivated Talent Acquisition Assistant to join our HR team at Gameloft Hanoi on a 9-month contract. You will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent, supporting recruitment projects, and enhancing our employer brand. • Proactively consulting seniors and/or managers to obtain a good understanding of positions and effectively define qualified candidates.
• Carry out the entire recruitment process, from job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, coordination of test/interview procedure,... to effective employment for assigned open positions, towards both external and internal candidates.
• Implementing effective sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive qualified candidates across multiple channels.
• Maintain relationships with top talent and build key talent pools to support future hiring needs, providing regular updates and reports to Seniors and Managers.
• Supporting various recruitment-related tasks to streamline processes.
• Lead or support recruitment projects and employer branding events to ensure effective hiring.
• Support recruitment-related administrative tasks such as job board purchases, vendor coordination, partnership agreements, monthly reports, and cash calls.
• Other tasks assigned by superiors.
